Variety Packages are an easy, economical way to order the most popular Medifast Meals. You can skip the next step and go staight to ordering at the bottom of this page if you are purchasing a Variety Pack.
Select your own meals, simply order 20-22 boxes of Medifast!
Each box has 7 meals, that is enough to have one meal for 7 days. You will need 5 boxes per week for all your meals on the 5 & 1 Plan - 20 boxes for 4 weeks. Most calendar months have 4 weeks plus a couple extra days so we recommend you order 22 boxes each month to make sure you don’t run out and to give some extra variety.

Here are some examples of how to choose your month of meals. Choose 4 boxes of meals that you think you would like to have for each of the 5 meals in your day.
Example 1: For breakfast, if you would like to have oatmeal every other day and scrambled eggs every other day, you will want to order 2 boxes of each to make the 4 boxes for breakfast.
Example 2: For lunch, if you would like to have a crunch bar everyday, you will want to order 4 boxes of crunch bars for lunch.
Example 3: For your after dinner meal, if you think you would like chocolate pudding about every other day and hot chocolate every other day, you will want to order 2 boxes of each for your after dinner meal.
These are just examples, and everyone’s taste and preferences are different, so make your best guess and order the things you think you will enjoy most.
All Medifast Meals are interchangeable so you can have any of the meals as frequently as you would like – within the guidelines of the 5&1 Plan. You could have chocolate pudding for every meal...if you wanted! The only exception to that rule is the Medifast Bars, they are the ones with the green label. You will want to limit these bars to one-a-day. (not the yellow label crunch bars)
