Incorporating regular exercise into your weight loss plan (and weight
maintenance plan) can, not only speed up your weight loss, it significantly improves your chances of achieving long term results.
While exercise is critical for long-term success, it needs to be part of a comprehensive process of building optimal healthand it should be deployed in baby steps.
Once you begin the program and are losing weight, you’ll naturally become more active. At that point, you will want to increase activity incrementally through fun choices that increase muscle mass – fun activities you can enjoy for a lifetime!
